We're getting close!

How are we feeling? Are you close to your goal or do you feel like you'll never make it?

I always like to remind players around this time to focus on how far you've come. Whether you make your goal or not - you committed to something and tried! Trying is the most important step of this. If you can continue trying, you will end up consistent eventually. One small step at a time! 1% better every day becomes 365% better over a year.

Feeling great! Weighed in under goal today!! I’m amazed. First time I focused on my ‘macros’ fir nutrition and it worked!! I’m SHOOK! Gonna keep it up, my plateau finally caved!

I had other diet goals not covered in this challenge and focusing on reducing fat and sugar intake, increasing protein consumption reduced my fat percentage quite a bit! Having a cardio routine feels good and I do feel mroe energetic once I get past the adjustment period too... Glad that things are working out!
