How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am so confused. I weighed in yesterday, below my round 1 goal, got the submission confirmation that said it was good to go. And I saw the email this morning saying I’m not a winner this round? ☹️ So disappointed and now confused. Le sigh. Time to get going on my workout and get rid of the sad stress.

Did you lose too much ? If you lose above a certain amount you are disqualified for unhealthy weight loss.

It wasn’t too much. This one was user error. Two weigh in buttons for submission and I picked the wrong one. Next time I’ll get it right!
