Hands down, edamame and honey crisp apples. Or, at least currently! haha I go through phases, so it is liable to change, but both of the above have been staples of my diet for awhile.
Edamame is the perfect snack food or addition to dinner - packed with vitamins,
relatively low in calories, and filling.
Honey crisp apples, mostly because there isn’t a fruit I don’t like, is always part of my shopping list because when I crave a sweet after dinner they fulfill my craving.
