How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Close to my Rnd 3 goal, yay!, & traveling next week, up to weigh-in day (bringing scale w/ me). Any weight-loss travel tips? We'll be in a standard hotel rm w/ mini-fridge & microwave. Gonna bring a water filter. I tend to eat low carb when dropping lbs. Maybe I'll bring some cooked chicken to last the 1st couple days & eat from the grocery store rather than out... Or order grilled chicken sandwiches w/out the bun...

I stick with low carb while traveling so I don’t gain weight too. To keep the weight off the best thing for me is ensuring I drink enough water and get enough activity. If traveling for vacation that’s not usually a problem, but if I’m traveling for work it’s more difficult to get close to my normal activity in.

You’re really thinking ahead. Don’t make my mistake of eating too much fruit— seems harmless but can yield too many calories. Alternatively, veggies are perfect for snacking.
