How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    *IT’S THE LAST DAY OF OUR GAME!! What the ever-living flipping-cow, how did that happen?? This all happened so fast! If you follow Stuart and/or me, you know that this is the last game we intend to host indefinitely.

    We are planning on starting up a fertility treatment in the next couple months and I want to spend my time and energy focusing on that.

    Thank you SO MUCH for being a part of our game! There are so many different hosts and games out there so it means so much that you were here with our group. Thank you for the engagement and encouragement you gave to everyone.

    As you know, getting your health in order is not an all or nothing game – it’s a lifestyle change, and progress is progress. If you hit your goal, I am giving you a huge high-five from Utah, and if you didn’t hit your goal but you worked hard this month, well then, I am also giving you a huge high-five from Utah! I hope you learned something from my posts, and/or from someone else in this game, and/or from your efforts this month (maybe something about your strengths and weaknesses). Working on your health is never easy, but it’s always worth it!
