How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- I spent the past 5 days on vacation celebrating my 30th birthday… I didn’t know if I would make it as I definitely was eating not so healthy and drinking lol Well I weighed in this morning and JUST made it!! I already signed up for next months diet bet and I can’t wait to start!
