Spaghetti squash has less carbs I think

Eli, the hardest part is slicing the raw squash because it's so tough. It's a workout in itself. Be careful not to cut yourself!! Scrape out the seeds and season it.
After that it's super easy to bake and scrape the insides. After seasoning it, I put it cut side down on parchment paper in the oven 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
