I need to go grocery shopping!!! What are some staples you make sure you always have on hand to set yourself up for success?

Fresh produce, ground turkey, chicken, yogurt. I try to have something prepped for lunches each day. Even though I'm at home, it's so much easier to know exactly what I will have for lunch versus wandering in the kitchen.

I keep a lot of frozen veggies on hand for the days I need to make a quick meal because I can throw them in the oven, Instapot, or on the stove for a quick low hassle dinner. Broccoli and green beans are my go to for frozen veggies. I like a good medley too without any seasoning so I can make it my own based on what I’m making. I throw frozen chicken breast in the Instapot for about 18 min (for about 1-1.5 lbs) and do a quick release then add in some frozen broccoli and Raos red sauce. Quick, easy, delicious. For snack fresh fruit and veggies, cheese sticks, lower carb protein bars, and nuts.
