How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It's officially the midway point of this DietBet.

Two weeks down. Two weeks to go.

What is your plan for the next two weeks?

Commit to your plan by writing it down. Post in the comments, put it on a post it note, set a reminder on your calendar each day. Writing or typing up your plan/goal for the next two weeks will help you. Believing is achieving.

Also - don't forget the step challenge going on today. The target today is your normal daily step goal (or past seven day average) + an extra 750 steps. Do that then remember to come back tomorrow and comment on the Challenge Check In post.

I’m sticking to keep working meeting my 10K step goal daily. My nutrition went off track this weekend, and I’ve been able to get back on track and I’m working to stay there.

I don't struggle with working out, so I am focusing on what I eat. I am trying to up my fruits and veggies and eat added less sugar.
