How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

My goal for this game is to post at least once a day here and really use this group as support. I’ve been struggling with my accountability and so many people have been so kind in other groups on here and Facebook to help me, but I wasn’t ready and never kept up. Now my nutrition is getting better and I’ve been tracking consistently, so I think this the next step. I’m excited for this one and I’m going to reach my goal this round!
