How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

AHHH my weight is going the wrong way! if only this was "Gain it all back bet" but it's not... here is where I went wrong. I know there are certain foods that once I pop the top the eating don't stop... well I stopped buying those foods. My wife started ordering them online and having them delivered! I asked her to keep them hidden, or at least out of sight, because they are meant to be snacks for the kids... she doesn't want me eating them either! Anyway I think if they are just off the counter that will help a ton.

Thanks everyone! If it was up to me there would be no chips, but when I'm at work all day my wife is here with our 4 youngest kids, and one of the kids is picky and won't eat most foods, one of them is allergic to peanuts and one of them is sensitive to gluten. A lot of the times she really try, but sometimes she Likes to have something quick and easy they will all eat and like... even if it's just so she can get 3 minutes of quiet.

The beauty of 2B is the point is to learn what works for your life and what doesn't. Maybe you can identify snacks the kida love but you can pass on? Or maybe you find just the right storage for them. The key is identifying the problem and finding a solution that works fir your life, Life with kids is hard! I have 3, 2 teens and a 10 year old. Its a struggle but we are, figuring it out. You can too!
