How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Remember the scale will fluctuate day to day. Track down your food and include details so you can learn how to identify what foods, patterns and behaviors are working best for you so you can stay consistent with them. Also, please include some of your best tips and insights in the comments below so we can all learn from it!

Consistency is key! You got this!!!! Let’s make this weekend a weight loss weekend!!

Thanks, Ilana. I needed this reminder today to zoom out!

Needed to hear this, thanks! I always thought weighing myself every day was bad bc if the fluctuations but now after listening to your zoom recoding I started doing it and it’s actually helped me to see more movement on the scale and feel less frustrated. And I try not to get upset when it fluctuates up and it makes me try harder that day to do better the next day!
