Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Plateaued a bit but need to drink more water and add a little cardio


I'm 2 lbs away, so I'm tracking everything on myfitnesspal.com. This morning's breakfast: 2 coddled eggs; 2 slices fresh tomato; 2 oz's (6 pieces) steamed asparagus = 144 calories, 5 carbs, 1 fiber, 12 protein.
