  • What swaps did you make this weekend to hit your Dietbet goal??? Don’t worry if you’re not there yet it’s not too late. Drink loads and loads of water today eat lots and lots of vegetables and you can still do your weigh out tomorrow. And remember, any progress is amazing progress and you can proud of yourself for being part of this wonderful supportive group, no matter the outcome.

Supper last night was the same As Valerie’s ( my parents love salt and butter) so scale was up this morning but I had very small portions of there salads and brought raw veggies and green beans for me to eat. Tonight for supper the boys had hamburgers so I forgone the bun and made it into a sexy salad.
