If not vegan or sensitive to whey, which protein powder is better tasting? Is there a difference in nutritional value between the vegan and whey?

Yes, there is a difference in how complete the protein is, as well as the taste. I tried a vegan protein that was popular with BB before they had a vegan Shakeology, but didn’t care for it. It’s primary source was pea protein. With vegan proteins there are several different options for creating the protein, pea, brown rice, seeds, etc. so some may taste better than others. Tera’s Whey has a clean whey option, there are also flavored ones by BSN Syntha6 that my cousin loves. My girls like Alani products, where my husband and I have Dymatize isolates. Whey isolates are a bit more expensive, but lower carbs and more lactose friendly for those who are sensitive.
