What is up everyone ?!

So excited to be doing this game with all of you. I can not wait to see what we can accomplish in these next 4 weeks ?! How’s everyone feeling as we are well into week 1 ?!

I know for myself I love these games for so many reasons. The biggest one is the inspiration of seeing posts from everyone. Share your work outs, food, non scale victory’s, scale victories.. and honestly share whatever you freaking want !!!!

I’m trying intermittent fasting and being more mindful about what I eat. Definitely getting my steps in by walking before work, during lunch and walking the pups after work. I also want to try some at home strength training but haven’t done that yet.
