How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Greetings from Minnesota, everyone!
Any tips on late-night eating? I have chronic insomnia and I can't fall asleep if I'm hungry. So I don't know I can have a rule about not eating after a certain time.
But I can eat healthy all day and then go off the rails at night. Has anyone struggled with this and changed your habits? How did you do it?
Thanks!

Completely! I've never worked a normal dayshift in my 15 year career. I've worked 2nds, which was the closest to normative, midnights, and now I work 13+ hr days. Tired eating is real! Preparation is key. (Which is also difficult on 'off' shifts). What is a healthy food for you that you can have ready for those times? Fruits ready to eat, healthier cereal, protein shakes? I eat half of a protein shake at night as dessert sometimes. Satisfied cravings for me. I love Labrada chocolate. The carbs are higher, but I don't use a full serving when I make it. I also use heavy cream and ice to make it very frosty-like.

I reserve some calories to have a bedtime snack. I have found it is best for me to plan for it so I don’t over eat at the end of the day.
