Hey Everyone, just wondering how is it going? For me mentally rough week, eating less, exercising more but scale not moving. A bit discouraged but plugging along. My monsters, I mean my children, keep me going with comments like
'Mom, your legs are massive, even Ronaldo would be jealous.' Or
'Mom, you are beautiful enough to be a plus size model'

No seriously, they do keep motivated. Family 10km run yesterday, I beat my husband and only trailed my boys 20 minutes so all is still good.
