How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Really looking forward to this one! Tried a diet bet a few months ago and was disappointed by how little resources and help there was but already seeing more in this one! Time to lose this last bit of baby weight! Anyone else postpartum?

11 months PP. another 15 pounds to go before I hit goal. I was in the best shape of my adult life before I got pregnant with my youngest (and last) and between the constant “morning” sickness that made carbs the only thing even remotely appetizing and the fear of loss (4 between my first two) I let it all go. I know I’m fully capable of getting back to my best and am confident I can get there before the summer is over if I stay true to my goals. You can do it too! And congratulations on your little one :heartpulse:
