How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Great day! Survived my son’s field trip and hit the goal weight! It’s been a long journey of many ups and downs to get to this weight. I’ve learned a lot about how to fuel my body. I learned to truly love my body no matter the number in scale. Honestly when I started loving myself truly is when the weight started coming off. My mind shifted from tunnel vision on that number on the scale to feeling my greatest and loving who I was. I use to look in the mirror and see only faults. Now I look and see all the beauty. This body has carried two big babies, reached over 215lbs, run several half marathons and I’m the happiest, healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been.

Keep pushing forward. There will alway been bumps in the road but the key is to keep going.
