How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

    - 27 lbs and 29 inches. Hard work, a slight calorie deficit, and determination really pays off.

Sav, I use an app MWU (move with us) I bought a program on there called bbs full body burn 2.0 and it calculated my macros and workouts to help me get to my goal. It was a 6 week workout challenge but all the programs let you have 6 months of access. These are my results after 8 weeks. They had me on 1500 calories per day, and 6 workouts a week with an liss cardio rest day. I hope this helped

Oh wow ! Thanks for sharing Brittnea ! I tried 2 months of reformer Pilates but I didn’t notice that much of a difference. I’ll take a look into this, thanks !
