  • Weekly Progeess Weigh-in done!!! First week 2.4 lost!!! It can be very hard to see how much you may have to go but little by little new habits will form and weight will come off. Remember slow and steady is what you want!
    This week I increased my workouts - my steps - adding strength training days - and trying really hard to be consistent about my water. Trying to do NO processed foods too it’s not easy but if it was - everyone would be doing it!
