    Do you already have a habit of drinking plenty of water every day, or is it a struggle for you to get it in? Just like anything else, the more you do something, the easier it becomes to then incorporate it into your everyday life. This process is about building good habits, that not only lasts us through the game but through the rest of our lives. How did everyone's first day go? What's your plan for day 2?
