How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Our next weekly challenge is actually something I’ve never done before on my DietBet games! So I’m pretty excited to introduce this one to you all: The Daily Stretching Challenge! I don’t know about you, but I’m terrible at remembering to stretch my body after a workout. I tend to finish my workout and shower quickly without setting aside adequate time to stretch. Stretching is so incredibly important for our bodies to properly recover. So this week I would love for us to focus on daily stretching for at least 10 minutes. I plan to use my peloton app for stretching but you can find tons of free stretching on videos on YouTube . Once you complete your stretching for the day, please either comment below “I stretched today” or feel free to share a selfie of you stretching if you would like too. I’ll go ahead and announce 5 winners on Monday! Let’s get to stretching! 👍
