I’ve been doing Ilana’s dietbets on and off and following 2B for over a year and I’m down about 35lb! I started grad school last month and also had a busy month with weddings and social events. I got off track and gained a few lbs. I know how to get it off with 2B but the hard part is I’m now in the cycle of eating sugar, drinking wine etc and I’m just having cravings and wanting to eat constantly! So I joined to get back on track with 2B. I know I’ll be more comfortable in my clothes and workouts with 4% less weight on me. Im having a hard time with time management…I have two toddlers and grad school and I just feel like I sit and write papers all day, then run around making the kids food and spending time with them (which I love and cherish) and I have no time to exercise or food prep! Ideas anyone? Love this community!
