Decided to do this diet bet while on vacation with my family after being sick and tired of "sitting on the sidelines" and accepting less for myself. After watching so many success stories and being frustrated with myself for not holding myself accountable and consistent, I decided to take the plunge and not wait until the perfect time because as everyone knows, there will always be an excuse. So when my family ordered pizza a couple of times, I ordered a salad. My son told me he was proud of me ❤. I'm at the airport and instead of caving and getting things that aren't going to give me success on my weight loss journey, I did a protein bar for a snack and burrito bowl with brown rice for lunch. This IS possible. Learning to take a deep breath and evaluate better choices. 👏

Remember to tell yourself "I'm ok" if you start to crave old habits and fill your mind with reasons why you're making your health a priority. You can do this!!!
