How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’d really like to prioritize sleep this month. If I can get up an hour before my kids then I can workout and start my water intake earlier. Tomorrow I’m home with the kids while my husband works. I’m planning a morning activity, maybe local playground before nap/rest time and afternoon play time. I’m going to plan my meals tonight to make it easy!

That sounds awesome. I started working out in the mornings also so I can have a little time for myself. Now it's actually a routine I absolutely love it. I do not sleep good anyway so getting my 6 hours of sleep is normal, although I absolutely try to get 8 hours it just doesn't work.

Prioritizing sleep is my biggest challenge. In the lat week, I have been able to get 6 hours of sleep a night for 5/7 nights and it feels amazing (after years of averaging 4 hours a night)
