Well, went out of town and camping for the weekend- did eat a lot of veggies but also plenty of drinks and random food I don’t normally eat. It was a great weekend though! Getting on track right now on the car ride home with tons of water and more veggies…getting on the scale tomorrow morning and going to try and not let the number get me down- just got to dial things back in!

We left to camp this afternoon. It’s very hot here. I didn’t feel like eating but did. Now to stay on plan the next 3 days. I brought veggies and salads to help.
