Weekends are usually a time where you come across different kinds of foods that may tempt you...Remember, one tip is to keep your hands, mouth and eyes busy and distracted. If you are at a social event with lots of foods and temptations, place yourself far from the food table. “In sight, in stomach”, so physically change what you see.

This trick really works and has been proven in studies. If you can’t move away, look up. Want to keep your hands and mouth busy? Grab water, coffee, tea and zero calorie beverages and drink away. If you can, find veggies. Can’t drink or eat? Bring chewing gum with you and suck on it discreetly.
