It's the weekend, and it's time for a weekend step challenge. The target for this weekend is to log 18,500 steps combined between the two days.

How will you get your steps in this weekend?

Things to remember:
1. Drink your water especially if it's warm where you are located. In fact, if it's warm and we are exerting ourselves in the warmer weather, we need more water.

2. Plan ahead as much as you can. Going out to eat? Check the menu online first (if possible, if available) and plan your meal. Go ahead and log it in your food tracking app. You may be more inclined to stick with that choice once you get there.

3. Travel with healthy, on-the-go snacks.

4. Move your body!
