For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Two weeks into this first round, and we're locked in. This will be our final group and support system through this game. Sticking together and supporting one another will come back to you ten fold and help you achieve your own goals!

    How are you feeling about your Round 1 goals?

    I have to admit, I'm feeling pretty good! We just got back from the cabin, but the scale went down (however minimal.) This week, I'll be meal planning and I have a few WayBetter games helping me with my fitness.

Adding strength training back in post COVID. Fingers crossed that I haven’t lost too many gains. Feeling good with the nutrition side!

Feeling good. Been eating a lot of homemade veggie laden broth and meat soups since Covid and made my first goal. Round 2 I am also going to slowly add in strength training to get back my stamina.
