I used to run 2 miles every day, plus gym. I want to get back there!! Got to buckle down and do it with seated workouts. Hate that I bust my feet all the time!!

25 years ago before I got married I used to ride my bike everywhere. I am riding again, but only a mile at a time before I can barely walk. I would love to get back to that!
