All right, I'm back! After about a month, I had to face the fact that my twisted foot won't heal fast. Time to switch to seated workouts and careful walks and keep my eye on the prize! Got to snap out of this, LOL!

You got this. It's hard to deal with an injury when you're trying to focus on fitness. Give yourself grace and adjust. Try to grab healthy options if you feel the need to snack or stress eat. I find myself desiring that binge less and less if it's healthy.
