I’m wanting to try practicing gratitude, so I thought I might try to add the practice to my nightly routine & writing it here for now. So today I’m grateful for: slowing down to be with my breath; being genuinely excited to use the eggplant & tomato & all the spices for my dinner tonight; to myself for making the decision to start walking at work again. I hope everyone is starting this journey off in a way that feels right for you!
