Hi all. First DietBet here. Listened to the zoom call and Ilana’s main tip of tracking food. I have tried this in the past using WW app and MyFitnessPal. My problem is that it takes forever to find and log the foods. For example, for breakfast today-I had a piece of avocado toast with spinach and an egg and Greek yogurt with fruit and chia seeds and a coffee with protein powder and almond milk. It would take me forever to search for and add these individually and I get annoyed. Tips from anyone who tracks on an easier way to do this so that I keep up with it? Thanks

Agreed with others, MFP honestly doesn’t take that long. Do it AS YOU GOA THROUGH out the day vs doing it all at end ( because you’ll likely forget that bite of whatever too) and it takes me less than 5 mins to log food each time and you can save your meals. How committed are you on your goals? Don’t let excuses trip you up! Just do it!
