For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am getting it done! Down 6lbs since 8/2. Started at 154.4 and today I was 148.4!! I have been doing 2b on and off since 2018 after I had my daughter and my highest weight after birth was probably close to 180lbs - I am 5’3. I have been drinking all the water, eating all the veggies and protein and tracking everyday. I had 2 days where my weight stayed the same.. 150.6, 150.6 and 150.4 and then I dropped 2lbs over night! And bonus… this was mostly just food, only maybe 2-3 days of exercise consisting of walking. I am a full-time nurse, military spouse and mom to 2 pre-schoolers who is single momming it right now due to dad being away for work. Meal prepping has been key to my success. Trying really hard to stay on track and keep going. My goal is to be at least in the “healthy” range of weight, maybe somewhere in the middle of the BMI chart between 120/130lbs. Thanks ilana and this group for the motivation!!! I love the office hours and weekly calls. It’s like having my own nutritionist session twice a week! ❤

They are under guides on the 2B mindset membership FB page. She used to only do like 1-2 a month now it’s every week and it’s the best thing. So motivating !
