Looking for advice... my husband and I got covid for the first time shortly after this diet bet started. I also had my period...I was doing really well keeping up with my exercise and i've been right on track with my nutrition with everything in line like I was when I was in weight loss mode. I'm stuck though, the last few days covid effects hit me harder and i've lost all my energy and just want to sleep. I'm still trying to get in my workouts and i've been eating correctly but the scale keeps going up?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is it just because of being sick and on the antivirals (paxlovid)? Or am I doing something wrong? I'm drinking all my water too...

I exercised the entire time I had Covid and do not have long Covid…..I’d go by how you feel. If you feel like working out then do it, if you are struggling then don’t. Focus on water and eating healthy foods. It will all balance out!
