So we had a holiday in Italy today and between today and yesterday there was too many treats 😅 Italians love their food that’s Forsure and love to share it! My celebrations were at work (I work 6-7 days sometimes doubles in the busy tourist season) so I could of planned better and brought myself some meals to not treat as much, that I learned for next time. I did track everything I ate and drank. I definitely felt all the treats catching up to me. I have a sensitive stomach and once I started doing 2b really strong my stomach acidity is almost never! As soon as I treated 2 days the tummy acidity was back. Tonight I decided for dinner to make a veggie bake, multitask clean and bake my veggies. for protein I just made an eggwhite omelette. This is my go to when I’m lazy or low energy. Today I am moving on from my treat moment and celebrating my wins as I ate a clean plate it dinner, had dinner and done by 830, got my apartment back in order and meal prepped myself 4 hard boiled eggs. I really need to kick it in to high gear to win this bet and my goal this week is more water and dinner and done earlier.
