Question for you Amy.

I'm trying to increase fiber so I bought a bit bag of whole grain flour. Can I use it in recipes such as 2 ingredient bagel? It uses self rising flour so i can add baking powder to it

Too funny! I am just now getting to read this and my breakfast today was almost identical but with air fried sweet potatoes instead of avocado! Love the idea of adding egg whites to eggs for more protein! Salad with chicken for lunch and salmon for dinner. Do you ever add egg whites to your protein shakes?
