Hi everyone! Is anyone else anxious about the weigh in? I definitely am.. I won Ilana's precious DB, and I've won the first round of a transformer I'm in. So I've celebrated my victory in a unwise and unhealthy way with giving in to almost all of my sweet tooth cravings. To top it of I've had a wedding celebration yesterday with delicious cake and other foods.. So I'm a bit worried that I've gained most (if not all + some more) of the lost weight back.

Weigh in is not for another hour and my breakfast is being served (Europe time zone). I'll probably weigh in tomorrow morning and be extra mindful with what I put in my mouth.

Hopefully the scale will be friendly to me tomorrow, or maybe I'm worrying about nothing.. I did do my exercises/workouts and I added some extra walks.

I don't regret that I over-indulged, because I really enjoyed it. I'm just anxious about how much I sabotaged myself. It's about how big of a number the weight has gone up in just a few days between weigh ins. Not that I can drop it as easily as I gained it.

It's evening now, so I'm at my heaviest compared to this morning being my lightest after just waking up. Unfortunately the weigh in window was still closed. It opened after I had breakfast with my family. I usually don't like to do the initial weigh in with a food filled belly.

Your so pretty Lifa! I definitely agree about waiting to weigh in, mainly just so that the 4% really gets me somewhere :) otherwise I can almost loose it in one meal
