Hey all. I’ve been struggling the last 15 months. My last successful weight loss was over a year ago with one of Ilana’s DietBets so I’m back (at my highest weight ever 😢) to try again. Anxiety meds and peri menopause seem to have changed my appetite and I just need to get it under control. If anyone has advice on appetite control Lmk!

When I read Ilana’s book, it gave me great ideas for when I was hungry. Water first, veggies most. Having raw veggies on hand and Bolthouse Ranch is my go to. My hunger fades so much quicker when I grab veggies than when I used to grab a sandwich!

I agree water will help curb some things. Or if there is a time of day you snack can you replace it with a walk, hobby, etc.
