  • If you've never heard of blended/creamed cottage cheese, try it!
    > 1 serving cottage cheese (I did a cup since it was my breakfast)
    > 1/4 tsp vanilla
    > a little syrup or honey (I did a tablespoon of sugar free syrup)

    Blend until smooth. I topped with berries & Bear Naked granola. You could also do natural peanut butter & low sugar jelly, or chopped nuts & berries...

    High protein breakfast, snack, or dessert! (Just lower the amount for a snack or dessert.)
