How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Okay, here we go! You guys have got this!

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Starts Monday ends Friday.

    1. Water- Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day 5 days this week.
    2. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group.
    3. Fitness- get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    *And not mandatory but recommended, please post at least once this week to update us on your progress/struggles, or offer support to another player.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after 12 PM PST, for the $40 Amazon gift card!

I’ve missed the last few challenges. But will end this strong. On track for this week’s challenge!

The toughest one of these for me is the “water” consumption. I’ve changed a lot of my snacking habits from unhealthy things to “more healthy” things like “Bada Bean Bada Boom” (seasoned roasted Fava Beans) and Biena Chickpea Snacks. If only I could start to like plain old water more! LOL
