All the extra water drinking has me getting up to use the bathroom at night. I was so exhausted by the time my alarm came up. Didn’t get my early morning workout cause of it. Any tips on maybe a good time to finish water by?

Got my workout in now but at much later, more inconvenient time than I would have liked but did it! 🙌

I'm with Sadie, hit your goal at least two hours before bed. Sip what you need or have a caffeine free tea after that, but no more chugging! :joy:
