  • Good Morning! Today I’m trying a sweet breakfast! Yesterday I had a savory breakfast and had a great weight loss this morning so I’m going to see if anything changes if I start on a sweeter note. This is Ilana’s high protein oats with liquid egg whites cooked into them which she shared on IG a while back. I added chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and half a scoop of cake pop flavored protein powder…plus a few raspberries! One water bottle down! Good luck today!

Good Morning!! Your oatmeal sounds amazing!! I think the trick is not savory or sweet, but what is the content?! If you’re hitting your protein goals with added good carbs, you will continue to lose weight :)

Yes! I hope so! I was concerned that starting sweet would lead to sweet cravings all day…but luckily I felt in control and satisfied!
