Now that we have spent two whole weeks dedicated to nutrition and movement, it’s time to work on our MINDS. Boundaries have been huge in my journey. This week I challenge you to do something FOR YOU. This is going to look different for everyone. For some it may be journaling, practicing meditation, getting a mani/pedi, skipping a weigh in, taking a mental health day, buying a new outfit, celebrating an NSV, an emotional realization, etc. You’ll know it when it happens.
