  • I am really loving seeing all of the meals & snacks you guys are munching on! Keep them coming.

These OVERNIGHT OATS are a great grab n go for me on a busy morning. These are full of fiber and nutrients and keep you full for hours.

    Caloires: 274
    Protein: 15
    Fat: 6
    Carbs: 40

    Base:
1 5.3 oz container of vanilla yogurt (I used Two Good brand)
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup cashew milk
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

    Blueberry overnight oats:
    70g blueberries
    Raspberry overnight oats:
    80g raspberries
    Chocolate banana overnight oats:
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    35g sliced banana

    1) Mix all of the base ingredients together in a mason jar or container that can be sealed. If you are making the chocolate banana overnight oats, be sure to add the cocoa powder to the base and stir.
    2) Layer or top the overnight oats base with the add ins.
    3) Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving.
This recipe will last up to 4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

NOTE: I adjusted the options of add ins so that all three
versions would have the same calories & macros.

  • You inspired me. I do weight watchers and I found an overnight oats recipe on the app. I'd never tried it before because, quite frankly, it kind of creeped me out. I bought everything and put it together last night and ate it this morning and I cannot believe how full I am.

Just made a chocolate batch for overnight- excited to try it!
