How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've been staring down this pair of jeans I used to LIVE in up to some months ago when I stopped being able to fit in them anymore. Every time I dropped a pound, I'd try them on to see if that was the point at which I could wear them again. Finally, this morning, a few Dietbets and a total of 11.2 pounds later, my favorite jeans and I have been reunited. Yee-haw!!!!!! Still a ways to go to reach my ultimate goal weight, but this is such a major milestone for me along this journey!

CONGRATULATIONS on your reunion with your jeans........ I know how great that feels. Even though I did not meet my Dietbet goal this time, I'm still encouraged to continue to "fight the good fight" of losing weight!! It's worth every effort .......... even if 4th of July is tomorrow :) (I know I'm going to splurge over the long w/e, and that's OK with my honey) ......... yum, but wisdom must prevail by Monday coming :)
