How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm seriously annoyed by the new $4.95 "registration" charge. I joined another only because I had promised a friend I'd do it, but won't be joining any more. I'd probably be ok with a one-time registration charge, but this is ridiculous - especially since they're cliaming they're providing "benefits" which consist of advertisements.

When signed up for Sandy's Kitchen August DietBet, I found that there's a new registration fee. It said it was waived for "early adopters" but I had to pay it. Are you going to sign up for another bet?

I totally agree. I don't want to pay to receive more email fluff - and I already have been professionally and medically assessed.
