I was frustrated yesterday, because right from the start of my run my knee hurt. I've had an injury at that knee before. I ran for 5 min, had to stop, stretched, tried again, but decided that I wasn't going to strain my knee. I know I made the right choice, but it still felt lame. I'm going to have a sports masseur have a look at it. This evening I will take a spinning class, because it doesn't put too much strain on my knee.
